Yup..I've heard far less convincing "steals" that were considered plagiarism. 
By the way, I didn't know about The Three Suns' "Valse Triste" (correct 
spelling) adaptation mentioned yesteday..which was probably on both Hit and 
Majestic, probably Varsity as well.
