Right, who needs a traditionally bed in the bedroom, when you can curl up on the top of your Credenza with a pillow and a comforter, and provide more room where the bed was for boxes and boxes of 78's !!!

Fortunately for them (or mebbe not?!)...the Collyer Brothers did NOT collect
78rpm
phonorecords! They were merely crushed by impressive archives of paper
publications.
Face a bitter reality here...we "pack rats" are psychologically doomed to
continue our
tendencies/habits of trying to accumulate ALL/EVERY 78rpm phonorecord (or
wotever)! We look at the terminally-neat abodes of "the white fo'ks" and
shake our
heads sadly, wondering how anybody could suffer LIVING in such meaningless
and "empty" surroundings...equipped with perfectly-matched sets of IKEA
furniture
(and little else!!).
Keep in mind that there exist gazillions of "Ye Olde Antique Shoppes" who
have
merchandise simply because one of us "Pack Rats" decided to KEEP the dommed
stuff?!
