[78-L] Rondolette LP with 'cozy jazz' (OT?)

Just picked up Rondolette 12-SA 99, Broadway Hits in Cozy Jazz.  No performer identification, but I suspect this stereo LP is from either the Emory Cook label or from Livingston (or both).  Any suggestions?  Songs such as: Tenderly, I've Got My Love..., Twilight Time, This Can't Be Love.....

Could the 'cozy' refer to Cozy Cole?
