A million thanks to Jack Raymond who helped me (off list) with a copy of
"Pipe Dreaming". He is also the guy who produced the reissue of the
recording.

Makes me think: this is a list that, one way or another, has access to all
audio recordings from beginning of history!
Léon Scott's scribble on lampblacked paper from 1859? No problem. We have a
man deep down in the Paris vaults.
Test pressings of Chaliapin's 1902 recordings for Gramophone Co? Pan
Rappaport's grandson in St Petersburg ought to have a few. We'll call him.
Leroy Anderson conducting a Promenade Orchestra in the early 1960's in
Stockholm?
I'm sure my late cousin was there with his portable Uher.
Etc.
It's just for Steven C. in Toronto to list it all. With or without Thai
slave girls.
