Best Jazz Collection: Too Good To Be True?         Last month we
spotted one of the best collections of jazz records ever placed on
eBay. There were dozens of LPs, some selling for  more than $3,000
each. We were skeptical and so were some of our readers. Now, it's
starting to look as if the whole thing may have been a fraud. Please
