Just re-found a 12" blue Columbia I bought around 1974 or so (at a flea 
market in
Pomtiac, Illinois--50 cents!) that is NOT in Rust's "magnum opus!" So, 
pencil in:

Columbia 50371-D

51807-1  George Olsen and his Music  "The Last Round-Up"  vJoeMorrison

233670-1 Ben Bernie and All the Lads "Who's Afraid Of the Big Bad Wolf" 
"incidental singing"

Note that both sides were also issued as 10" records; those appear in ADBD, 
while this
12" version does NOT!
