Grade inflation.  I think it is worth no more than a B.  Maybe if he
does some extra credit reports we might give in and give a B+ or A-. 

There's a story on TV right now as I type about a school which proposed
a fundraising plan where a $20 donation can buy your kid 10 points on a
test of his or her choice.
