[78-L] a set of Victor PRogram transcriptions

No kidding! I wonder if these were done for blind folk, before the AFB began 
producing its own recordings? These should be in the 33RPM master list in a 
couple of the ARSC Journals.

Never saw Jimmy Wallington identified as James before.
