[78-L] ^BG-On The Record

Mine is redish orange, same color as "On the Record" on the front.
 
Perhaps it's been flattened so long like that there's no indication it was on the book but probably taken off when brand new.

Sort of related to 78s.  Anybody have a copy of the 1969 book 'BG-On The Record'?  A book about Benny Goodman's discography.  I need to know if the text on the spine of the dust jacket is red or some other color.  A weird question, I know, but I just bought a large (for me) collection of 78s and this dust jacket was among the misc papers, folded in thirds and inside a plastic page protector.  Never been on a book.  The text on the spine is in red and very hard to read over the graphics.  Just wondering if this is the regular cover or if the regular cover has different colored text on the spine.  Also, I'm curious how a dust jacket could be folded this way and was obviously never on a book.  Thanks!  CDB
