If Billy doesn't get a big marked tomb, where will all us 78ers know to leave our bottles, ciggies, joints, and graffiti? (Cf. Jim Morrison's grave in Paris).

You know where I'd like to see a Murray memorial? At his house.

Everybody knows that George and Martha are buried out back at Mr. Vernon,
and that Edison and Mina are buried behind Glenmont. I don't understand the
point. Their names and dates of birth and death as well as there legacy is
being honored at their final resting place, and at Billy's final resting
place, his legacy, and not even his name is recognized !! That is the point.
We can agree to disagree with the whole memoralization and visitation issue
at ones Grave. and when you go, your heirs or you (if you have a preneed
agreement) have the right to store your ashes in the Broom Closet, or mix
them in with the Kitty Litter !! Time to let it go. If you don't want to
contribute anything and honor the memory of Billy Murray at Holy Rood, that
is up to you and so be it. It is our right to honor Billy with this small
tribute, and your right not to, it is as simple as that.

Cool! Washington is buried in DC now? When did they move him from
Mt. Vernon?
