a 10" white label test.  MASTER TEST NO. appears at 12 o'clock.  
Below it, in light pencil, is: A5816
 
The line below says artist; below that, selection; below that, date
at 6 o'clock: THIS RECORD IS NOT FOR SALE
 
The title is a Tin Pan Alley song, "Sunny Weather Friends", ca. 1920.   The 
singer's name isn't given, nor is the date.
 
The artist is a tenor and a bit above average.  He has had  vocal training 
and is suited to the concert repertory, but perhaps not grand  opera.  
 
It isn't from Victor, Columbia, or Brunswick.  There is nothing  beneath 
the label. 
 
For which company was it recorded?  The number A5816 doesn't help  me.
