[78-L] More Red Ingle Questions

In Canada, it's 78-122. If you're going to be documenting these and want 
Canadian issue numbers, let me know..I have a couple where the 57- number 
becomes 78- something, as well as Serutan Yob on Canadian Capitol (C303, I think).
