Interesting to note that Debroy Somers made hundreds of recordings (he was probably British Columbia's most prolific artist) using ensembles which ranged from half a dozen players, through light orchestras, to (for his recording of Charles Villers Stanford's Sea Songs) a full concert orchestra. However, the labels and catalogues always credited "Debroy Somers Band".
