[78-L] Youngest to record on 78 rpm (was Alicia de Larrocha, RIP)

The original question was and remains about the youngest living person to be on 
78s, and Shirley Temple made no commercial recordings until the late 1940s. The 
  little brat on the Molly O'Day record is a great guess but it could be from a 
sound effects disc.
