[78-L] Cleaning lacquers

It's been known to leave stains on Decca and Capitol shellac. I used it a few 
times before I had the Monks, on discs that had developed that oily surface. 
Worked, removed the stuff, and I haven't looked at those records since I 
transferred them so I don't know if there was any permanent effect.
