[78-L] Cleaning lacquers

Investigating under the sink, there is some Triton X-100 as the wetting 
agent, which I asked a local supplier for a sample, which they kindly 
gave me. Also some Quatramine NC50 which I suspect is the anti-fungal 
agent, the exact amounts I would need to find the data....and whether 
the Quatramine is compatible with lacquers would need to be confirmed...
