Labels of GG & Radiex 1262-B give mx as 106, without prefix, by Cotton Blossom Orchestra.
GG/Rad 1263-B is John Henry Blues (Handy) by New Orleans Blue Nine = Harlem Harmony Kings.
Rust & Max Vreede give A-104/105 for the HHK, recd NY c.Apr 1921, on Pm 12003.
Is 106 also in this mx series?
Label of Pm 12003-A Hard Time Blues mentions mx H104 [thus prefix H on label].
Other mxs in the early Pm 12000 series are normally in a 1100 series.
Maybe related is (?):
Katherine Handy, c.Jan 1922, Pm 12011, mxs B-102/103.
Alberta Hunter has mxs P-120-125, from BS, on Pm, recd May 1921.
