[78-L] Seeger, Weaver 78s?

Peekskill is on Charter as well.  Got it as a throw in in a bunch of Weaver 
Deccas from Oboy for little money.  I had forgotten the Lonesome Train set 
from way back when when Burl Ives was a progressive.  Oh well.
