I'd call that a single with an extra example.  A double is when there are 
two parts to each title,  each of which has the opposite in the other song 
title!

So you could have a double with "Two Little Blue Little Eyes" and "Red Lips, 
Kiss My Blues Away."  Red and blue...lips and eyes!

Are there rules for this game printed in Hoyle by any chance?
