I am trying to date this record also...
 
FERNANDO GERMANI - TOCCATA AND FUGUE IN D MINOR (BACH) 
both sides of ENGLISH HMV C.3791 with matrices 2ER.978-1 and 2ER.979-1 respectively.
 
Any help would be great!
