Yup, works great. I've used one for years and it doesn't insert those 
annoying "beeps" in the audio stream! In fact there's no click when 
starting the tape in an ongoing conversation, either. However, I'm 
always careful to let the other party know they're being recorded at the 
head of the interview, so it's on the tape. Can't be too careful.
