Given the fact that these were pressed by Columbia (same as Okeh):

1-C indicates take 1 and (IIRC) the third ("C") mother of that take; 
Columbia pressings
often also show "stamper numbers" (1-C-3 would be the third stamper pulled 
from the
third "mother" for take 1). Since US Odeon/Parlophone discs were pressed in 
very
limited quantities (one story says they were intended for sale in Latin 
America, but
never made it there...instead being found at a pier in California after 
WWII?!), I
would guess the mother letters and stamper numbers (when shown) didn't run
very high...?!
