I hadn't heard about her death at all. Amazing!

Two major claims of fame for Angela Morley!

So, I'm astonished that more wasn't made of her demise.

Firstly, before the operation and still as Wally Stott, she/he was 
the orchestrator for all of the Goon Shows, of-course.

Secondly, Mel Torme (in one of his books) cites her as a major 
influence on helping him learn to orchestrate!
