[78-L] Good news on copyright extension

This news is not surprising and is exactly what I predicted in an article I wrote for the latest issue of the magazine "Journal Into Melody".

The piece also reveals that the amended proposal is seriously flawed with changes to the "use it or lose it" and "orpahn works" clauses meaning that, if it became law, in many cases it would allow record companies to retain copyright, even if they don't make the recordings available.
