[78-L] Speeds and Reissues No. 1

This is one of the most annoying things about the CD issues of older  
records that are coming out. Most people don't have the equipment  
that enables the speed correction and even worse, the issue of a  
collection of recordings by a singer on CD that are off speed  
prevents others issuing a similar CD. The person who buys the CD  
usually is not even aware of the error. The assumption is that there  
is a problem with the singing.
