[78-L] A moldy issue

Hi Russell,

It can be a simple & effective approach though not very efficient or  
necessarily safe for the average user.

Nor does it address removing the dead mold & fungus from the disc.

Ethyl alcohol, ethanol, solutions below 70% are not sterilizing.   
Denatured ethanol should not be used on shellac or vinyl for this  
purpose.  No other water soluble alcohol should be substituted in this  
application.
