Is it a built-in Microphone?  If so use an external one, hopefully a
cardioid pattern and move as far from the MAC as possible.

Hi!

That noise is my Apple Mac.
For some weird reason, it tends to record its own insides while 
recording me... ;-(

Any tips about how to get rid of it would be appreciated!
