[78-L] Capitol Recommends label

New one on me! I've seen other white label promos on 78 and 45, and of course 
those monthly LP promo sets from the late 50s into the 60s, as well as one disc 
for dealers only which contained 1-minute excerpts from current releases, but 
not the one here.
