There were TWO distinct "Okeh 4490" records! The first was in the original 
Okeh
4xxx series (1920-1923?)...and the second resulted when CBS replaced 
Vocalion
with Okeh (6/40) and used old Vocalion numbers on continued records!

So...Okeh 4490 (2nd one) = Vocalion 4490...!
