She was the star of the film, as far as I'm concerned. The instrumental 
soloists are disappointing and too short, probably because of the 
pre-recording and miming forcing them to play safe.

I have a few of her 78s and an EP. They're mostly in a calypso or risque 
vein. There is a discography in Names & Numbers 35. Seems I have about 
2/3rds of her output.
