[78-L] Yamekraw

A few months ago a study by John Howland was released titled Ellington
Uptown ( Duke Ellington, James P.  Johnson and the Birth of Concert Jazz),
published by the University of Michigan Press. I was fascinated by the info
of James P. Johnson's role in this development, like his Yamekraw - a
rhapsody in black and white.
