Kel Murray and Murray Kellner...does that count since  the two names are the 
same guy?

How about the names they gave the singers on the Palmolive Radio Show...Paul 
Oliver and Olive Palmer.  the former was actually Paul Small and I think the 
latter was Elsie Baker or some other old-timer.
