James Moody – tenor sax and James Moody – pianist on Workers’ Playtime 
(BBC 1950s).

Skeeter Best – guitar and Keter Betts – bass.

Bill Dillard – trumpet and Bill Dillard – guitar.

Eddie “Lockjaw” Davis – tenor sax and Eddie Locke – drums.

Lee Morgan – trumpet and Lee Morgan – bass.

Jimmie Noone – clarinet and Big Jim De Noone – country artist.

Earl “Fatha” Hines – piano and Earl Hines - preacher.

Garnet Clark - piano and Garner Clark - trumpet.

Jimmy Woods – alto sax and Jimmy Woode – bass.

Sal Nistico and Sam Nestico – both tenor sax

Ziggy Elman – trumpet and, occasional, trombone and Ziggy Elmer – trombone.

Dick Katz – piano and Dick Katz – piano!

Johnny Dodds – clarinet and Johnny Dodds (pseudonym for Gene Autry on OK).

Emmett Berry - trumpet and Ermit Perry - trumpet
