Ellington performed it in the episode "The Missing Boa Constrictor", 
first transmitted on the BBC on 21 March 1957, 24th episode of series 7.

As far as I'm aware, it has yet to be issued commercially, although it 
was issued twice by Transcription Services. (Sound Archives didn't 
retain a copy.)
