[78-L] goon show Q. for British listers

It's a nickname for a cigarillo, popular in the 50s and 60s.
They are/were thinner, and quite a bit longer than a cigarette,
and brown like a cigar, tasting like a cigar not a cigarette.
Some had a plastic mouthpiece.
