Until looking at this I had forgotten just how much Lenny had slowed
down over a period of years.  He had resorted to "double issues" for
almost two decades since 1977, but even these were scarce during the
last 7 years.  2 in 1989, 1 in 1990, 2 in 1991, 1 in 1992, 1 in 1993,
none in 1994, and the last 1 in 1995.  I had forgotten we would wait a
year for an issue.  

When did the Syndicate close down?
