[78-L] Jolson V-Disc Material

Does anyone on the List happen to have a copy of a CD issued by 
Collectors Choice titled "Al Jolson: The V-Disc Years"?   I'd like to 
know  (a) whether there are 13 tracks, and  (b)  what letters/numbers 
appear in used to be called the run-off grooves, such as CDVDC76651R, or 
whatever, as I assume there is no label number as such.  I've never been 
able to find a copy.
