[78-L] Misspelling on a Record / MacGregor 78

Checked my Edison shelf ... "First Nowell" there, too.  Definitely more 
accurate than the French word Noël, as it's an English (Cornish) carol.

Not really. Without checking my resources, that is the Old English way of 
spelling it. It's perfectly acceptable, and probably more accurate than 
Noël.
