[78-L] Help with discography info on Col. Masterworks

Looks as if they decided to add the album numbers after the fact, didn't they? 
Or they changed some catalog numbers, which Columbia did frequently in those 
days, whenever they changed the prices. How else to account for M-1 having 
higher disc numbers than M-3?
