[78-L] Large University Throwing away records?

I think every college or university that decides to throw away 
records should notify collectors to come haul away all they want (for 
free would be really nice) before those records hit a landfill. What 
I wonder is does the University Of Texas Fine Arts Library still have 
records of any speed in it's collection? Or were they gotten rid of 
sometime back & I never knew about it?
