Then there's the curious case of "The Four Lads Stage Show".  I think I've written about this before but I forget what the conclusion was.  The earlier version, CL 2577 has 5 cuts and the next version, CL6329 has 8 cuts.  And yet, the covers and the notes of the two releases are identical - there's no indication on the longer version of there being "bonus tracks" so that they may catch people who had already bought the shorter version.  I have, however, only seen the longer version on a US pressing and the shorter one on Canadian pressing so that may be part of it.

(Oldies.com have released the longer version on CD and the sound is stunning.)
