Might be Ray Evans and Jay Livingston. All these sites that let you read "Henry
Mancini's lyrics" or "Sue Raney's lyrics" make a point of never telling you who
the actual creators are.
It's on a non-jazz Oscar Peterson album I always liked, too (Motions and Emotions).
