[78-L] Another Velvet Tone mystery

This one was a bit hard to trace because the second side turns out to be Crazy 
Words--Crazy Tune (Vo-Do-De-O), not Vo Do De O Blues. The Columbia books list 
Gertrude Dwyer and Arthur Fields. (Hard to trace because I was trying to find 
nearby matrix numbers common to both titles in the index.)
