Does anyone own a copy of "Oh! Mister Jelly" by William Russell. This is a huge doorstop of a book published in 1999 by Jazz Media?in Denmark that has some information that I am looking for as well as images. If anyone has this book as well as access to a scanner, please let me know offlist.
