[78-L] Blue wax Columbia date??

Blue Wax Brunswicks and Vocalions were a West Coast phenomenon, no? There are 
also lots of bluish transcriptions pressed by Allied, and MGM's playbacks 
sometimes were on dark blue shellac as late as 1941.
