According to Ruppli's Capitol discography both tunes were recorded in Los 
Angeles on July 14, 1950. There are also two unissued Herfurt masters from the 
same session: "I'm a Ding Dong Daddy" (mx. 6391-4) and "Wham! Bam! Thank You 
Ma'am!" (mx. 6392-4).

Great, thanks. How many versions of 
"Wham! Bam! Thank You Ma'am!" did Capitol make anyway? Dean Martin did it and so did Jimmy Dolan.
