[78-L] A New Cool 78 of the Month from 1969

Hi all

I just update my website cool78s.com to include an article about a 78 
released in 1969 as a special item by Reprise. Its a part of my 
continuing look at late 78s on Warner Brothers. As is totally 
appropriate, the record is from Tiny Tim.
