[78-L] Got a strange "Foreign" record

My auction  attendance has turned up something which sounds great, but  my
language skills are totally lacking.  I  bought a few records  at an auction
this week and one is  in a foreign language,  which I would guess to be
Russian, only because  some of the letters are backward and  that's  what
little I know about Russian.  It's  wonderful sounding  33 1/3 LP,  the
music  makes me  think of Fiddler on the Roof, or  something of that ilk,
except  more pure.   Nothing is in anything which resembles English, it was
in a paper sleeve, red,black and green.  The best I can describe the label
name is  to type   the letters which  are closest to my US English
keyboard.   M E A O A N R.   The third letter is an upside down V, the 5th
letter is  like a greek Delta,  the  N and R at the end are reversed.   Is
this enough for anyone to hazard a guess on what I have?  There are 6
musical selections on one side,  6 on the other.
The only clue I have to its possible origin is the auction included   items
from an estate sale from a resident who was Jewish, lived in New Jersey in
the 60s, and  died in northern WVA, where his effects were  sold.
