[78-L] More educational 78's. When were these made?

The ones with RCA numbers are easy to date..E1 = 1951, E2- 1952. Decca's 
76/77xxx numbers are a custom series and are a nuisance since some of them 
duplicate commercial matrix numbers..Keynote, Commodore and other small labels 
have numbers in that series in the early 40s. Decca skipped from 76999 to 80000 
in October 1950 because the 77000s were being used for custom labels but 
repeated the 76000s in March 1950. Awfully nice of them.

The RCA educational series discs just became easier to date because of the gold 
print, which changed to silver sometime in..1950? Not sure.
