[78-L] Gold Wave Editor Pro - free!

I downloaded this and tried the pitch shift and time stretch features on a 78 recorded at 45 rpm. Sounds OK but not as good as played at 78. Added some 'wobble' to the sound. Still playing with it. Might figure it out.
